Nicole C. Beharry, M.D., F.A.S.R.S., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Novus Clinic, serving patients in Tallmadge, OH. She specializes in diseases of the retina and vitreous.
Dr. Beharry graduated with honors from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Beharry went on to earn her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine.
After medical school, Dr. Beharry completed a transitional-year residency at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Upland, PA. This was followed by ophthalmology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA where she served as chief resident. She then completed a two-year fellowship in vitreo-retinal surgery and ocular trauma with Retina Specialists of Ohio and Akron General Medical Center.
Dr. Beharry is particularly interested in utilizing the newest FDA approved advancements in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease.
