New Users: During your most recent visit you are given access to the portal. If you have NOT received an email, accidentally deleted the email or have lost access to the original email; please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can re-send you the link.
Instructions for the Patient Portal:
Welcome to the Novus Clinic portal. This feature allows you to access your health information through a secure, online environment. You will be able to view your personal health information, such as historical and current visits, medical summary and current medications.
You have been sent an email to gain access to the portal at your visit today. If you have not received an email please call our office so we can attempt to resend it.
Patients who have not previously signed onto the patient Portal will be taken through a registration process the first time they log in.
- Go to http://MySecureHealthData.com
- Enter your e-mail address in the User Name field and click the SUBMIT button.
2. Validation Email
You must click the Validation URL in this message to continue registration.
A Validation e-mail is then sent to you with the Subject: Validation of User on MySecureHealthData.com.
You must click on the Validation URL (link) in this e-mail to return to the Portal and continue the registration
3. User Information
Complete the Portal User Information screen and then click the SAVE button.
- Last Name
- First Name
- New Password (a combination of letters and numbers, at least 8 characters long)
- Secret Question (at least 8 characters including spaces)
- Answer to Secret Question (at least 8 characters)
When a visit summary (CCD) is delivered to the Portal, you automatically are sent an e-mail with the Subject: Office Visit Summary.
Note: It may take up to 4 business days for the exam notes to appear in the portal.
