Dr. Yaniglos has delivered eye care in a variety of practice settings. He began his career in private practice, and after ten years left that setting to join the medical staff of an HMO. Most recently he led a group of optometrists providing eye care for United Optical, a division of United HealthCare. In May 2011, he joined the comprehensive eye group of Novus Clinic. Dr. Yaniglos provides primary eye care to patients of all ages; he especially enjoys working with the senior population, taking time to help them to understand their vision and eye health problems. He provides post-op care for patients who have undergone refractive or cataract surgeries.

Dr. David Yaniglos attended Youngstown State University and received his B.S. in Physiological Optics and Doctor of Optometry degrees from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Yaniglos is an avid backpacker and anticipates completing his last section of the 2,175 mile long Appalachian Trail in 2012. Dr. Yaniglos has been an active volunteer in Boy Scouts for many years in Kent, where he resides with his wife and College of Optometry classmate, Dr. Stacia Snyder Yaniglos, who is Chief of Optometry at the Louis B. Stokes Cleveland Veterans Administration Center. Dr. David Yaniglos is a member of St. Patrick Church of Kent.
