Dr. Trang D. Phan (Le) graduated from Illinois College of Optometry, cum laude, and completed a residency in Ocular Disease at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veteran Affairs Medical Center.  She is an alumna of the University of California in Irvine.

Dr. Phan (Le) is trained in the detection and management of ocular diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and diabetic eye care.  She also is fluent in the Vietnamese language, and can assist the local Vietnamese population.  Dr. Le is dedicated to promoting eye health.
