Thomas E. Fiffick, OD
Therapeutically Licensed Optometrist

Dr. Thomas E. Fiffick graduated from The Ohio State University College of Optometry, where he also received his bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.  Dr. Fiffick was an instructor of Orthoptics (visual therapy) in the College of Optometry at Ohio State. 

Before returning to Akron, he practiced with Dr. Kenneth Zinnecker, a contact lens specialist in Columbus.

Recently honored as one of America’s top Optometrists, Dr. Fiffick is trained in the detection and management of ocular diseases including glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration and diabetic eye care.  A caring physician for more than 40 years, Dr. Fiffick is dedicated to promoting eye health.
